Job Role Overview & Importance

Pipe Fitters are responsible for installing and aligning piping systems in industrial projects. Helpers assist skilled workers in daily site tasks. Riggers handle lifting operations safely, while Standby Men, Fire Watch staff, and Flagmen ensure strict safety monitoring during high-risk activities. Together, these roles support smooth execution of large-scale construction and oil & gas projects.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform tasks according to their assigned roles. Pipe Fitters will work on pipe installation, alignment, and assembly based on technical drawings. Helpers will assist in carrying materials, preparing tools, and supporting skilled workers on-site. Riggers will manage lifting operations using proper rigging techniques and safety procedures. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work areas to prevent fire hazards, while Standby Men will remain alert for emergency response situations. Flagmen will manage traffic and site safety movements. All workers must strictly follow safety rules and supervisor instructions.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have relevant experience in construction or industrial projects. Pipe Fitters and Riggers must have practical knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures, with TUV certification required for Rigger-3 positions. Helpers may apply with basic experience but must be physically fit. Fire Watch, Standby Man, and Flagman roles require alertness and understanding of site safety practices. Candidates must have valid documents including Iqama, passport, Muqeem (3 months), medical fitness certificate, service agreement, passport-size photos, and vendor code.
